I was born in Querétaro, Mexico, and I’ve had the opportunity to live, study, and work in the U.S. and Europe. I hold a degree in Industrial Engineering with a Master's Degree in Human Resources, and I’m currently pursuing my MBA (MEDEX) at IPADE Business School. Over the last decade, I’ve built and led companies across consulting, international recruitment, and HR Services, now under one holding Company: Global Talent Management Group.

But I didn’t always have clarity.

I’ve lived through the headaches of scaling a business, managing chaos, feeling the pressure to do everything myself, and not knowing how to lead my team effectively. No matter how hard I worked, I kept hitting a ceiling.

The turning point came when I realized that systems and strategy mean nothing without people. Once I started developing my team, giving them real responsibility, and building a culture of trust and growth, everything changed. My business grew, and so did I.

Now, I help other entrepreneurs make that same shift: from firefighting to leading, from hustle to structure, from survival to purpose. My work is grounded in faith, strategy, and human dignity. I believe great companies are not built by chance; they’re built intentionally, by leaders who invest in people.
